Without food stamps & housing subsidies, the American Dream will look like our worst nightmare
 
      According to Google, approximately 42 million Americans receive food stamps each month -- and approximately ten million more Americans live in subsidized housing.  That's a hecka lot of Americans now living on the dole.  What will happen to them if their main sources of sustenance get cut off?

     Let's just imagine what America would look like with ten million more homeless people than we have now -- plus 42 million more hungry people who are forced to dumpster-dive in order to keep from starving to death.  Hmmm.  "It's only a paper moon, sailing over a cardboard sea..."  
 
     Just imagine for a moment what your grandparents' hometown looked like during the Great Depression, back in 1932.  That will be America's fate today as well if our housing subsidies and food stamps disappear.  "It's only a canvas sky, hanging over a muslin tree..."

     Good grief, this article practically writes itself.  

     We all know what our slums, homeless encampments and ghettos look like right now -- but just imagine what America will look like once its phony movie-set staged mock-ups are suddenly removed.  Pathetic.  Third world.  America's latest reality show suddenly brought to life.  Poverty.  Hunger.  Unrest.

     "Unrest?" you might ask.  "Rebellion, revolution?"  Not hardly.  What will happen instead is that most Americans will immediately turn on each other -- as we have been carefully programed to do.  Left vs. Right.  Red vs. Blue.  And no one here will even notice any of those secret back-channel billionaire elites behind that curtain -- living somewhere over the rainbow and pulling all the strings.  
 
      I fell for the elites' bait-and-switch hat-trick the first time Sock-Puppet Trump was elected.  And then we got stuck with Sock-Puppet Biden.  And now we are spozed to hate Sock-Puppet Trump II.  Seriously?  Just one sock puppet after another.  We're trained to hate their figureheads, not the real Wizards of Oz.

     So.  What to do?  Let's demand that all America's billionaires immediately be forced to go on food stamps and Section 8 like the rest of us!

     Update:  Google might have been too conservative.  I just found out that one out of every five residents of San Francisco are now receiving food stamps.  "It's a Barnum & Bailey world, just as phony as it can be..."

PS:  Now it's time for us to ask the hard question.  Why are so many Americans being forced to turn to food stamps and housing subsidies just in order to survive?  Could it be because the Federal Reserve is printing Monopoly money?  That the Department of War is spending approximately $100,000 per American citizen on foreign adventurism, bloody genocide in Palestine, slaughter in Ukra$ne and murdering fishermen off the coast of Venezuela?  That the inflated American dollar is fast becoming worthless?  
 
       Or is it because America just gave a 40-billion-dollar bailout to help the economy of Argentina (not ours) and that our middle class is being deliberately decimated on purpose and that there are almost no manufacturing jobs left here?
 
     Or all of the above. 

PPS:  Let's also do what they just did in Portland, Oregon -- turned their protests into dance parties and raves.  Played the Darth Vader theme song whenever municipal robo-cop storm troopers "just following orders" tried to attack them.  Looked on tear-gas as a new kind of party favor, pretended that tasers and rubber bullets were a new form of hide-and-go-seek.  

      It's like Emma Goldman once said, "I don't want to be in your revolution if I can't dance!"  So let's all go down to Argentina and tango our hearts out -- until Congress finally puts a tax on all those fascistic corporate billionaire elites.
